Pascal Eichenberger

Co-Founder & CEO

Pascal is an accomplished engineer and entrepreneur with a career deeply rooted in technological innovation. He earned his M.Sc. in Micro-Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL). Early in his career, Pascal spent eight years at Logitech, where he contributed his engineering expertise to the R&D department and founded the Logitech EPFL Incubator, an open innovation hub dedicated to driving innovation at Logitech. In March 2010, he joined Swisscom, marking a significant transition in his professional journey. In December 2013, Pascal took on the role of CEO at Winbiz, a Swiss software company specializing in accounting and billing solutions. During his tenure, he led the company through various M&A and transformations.

Pascal serves as vice-president of Manufacture Thinking, a think tank dedicated to stimulating the Swiss industry through strategic reflections.

Raphaël Briner

Managing Director

Raphaël Briner is a seasoned entrepreneur and product designer with extensive experience in artificial intelligence (AI), user experience (UX), knowledge management, strategic consulting, and project architecture. He has co-founded and led several ventures across diverse industries, including fintech, watchmaking, media, social media, entertainment, hardware, and SaaS. As the co-founder of WDO, Raphaël serves as the Lead Strategist and Product Designer, where he leverages his expertise to guide organizations through AI integration and digital transformation.

Raphaël is an active thought leader and speaker (AI House 2025, TedX, etc) . He is the founder and organiser of the Panoramai Summits. His core competencies include business strategy, leadership, innovation, design, and creative direction.


Raphaël Briner is a seasoned entrepreneur and product designer with extensive experience in UX and project architecture, knowledge management, strategic consulting, artificial intelligence (CV and chatbots). He has co-founded and led several ventures across diverse industries, including social media tools, collaboration tools and telepresence hardware. As the co-founder of WDO, Raphaël serves as the Lead Strategist and Product Designer, where he leverages his curiosity, creativity and expertise to guide organizations through AI integration and digital transformation.

Raphaël is also an active thought leader and speaker (AI House 2025, TedX, etc) . He is the founder and organiser of the lovely and transformative Panoramai Summits.
